   On Page 3, line 28, after "paraeducators" insert "; and (f) The system for state funding of pupil transportation, including but not limited to the measures of workload and cost per weighted student mile used in the state allocation formula, transportation of students in early grades living within one radius mile of school, transportation of students with disabilities, and payments to school districts for acquisition of buses"

EFFECT: Specifies that the K-12 finance study include an examination of student transportation.
