   On page 3 line 22, strike the word "and"

   On page 3 line 28, after "paraeducators"insert "; and

   (f)Collect data and verify that credits earned by certificated staff, that are used to increase earnings on the salary schedule consistent with RCW 28A.415.023, are obtained from an educational institution accredited by an accrediting association recognized by rule of the higher education coordinating board."

EFFECT: Assembles the data on certificated staff degrees and credits to verify that they are from legitimate institutions.
