   On page 4 line 19, after "appropriations" insert "; and

   (i) An evaluation of student diversity in public four year institutions of higher education which reports the applications for admission by ethnicity which were accepted and which were rejected."

EFFECT: Higher education study also evaluates and reports the diversity of accepted and rejected students seeking admission to four year institutions.
