   On page 3 line 28, after "paraeducators"insert "; and

   (f) The legal liability of districts and district employees and recommendations for uniform state strategies for assuring that the state is meeting its financial responsibility obligation and that districts and district employees have state provided legal liability protection."

EFFECT: Study shall include an investigation of legal liability issues and recommendations for assuring uniform state-provided legal liability protection for districts and employees.
