EFFECT: Provides that the Washington Early Learning Council
(Council) is to serve as the Advisory Committee on Early Learning
(Advisory Committee), and that the nongovernmental cochair of the
Council must be the chair of the Advisory Committee.
Changes the date for the Comprehensive Education Study Steering
Committee's interim report to the appropriate fiscal and policy
committees of the Senate and House of Representatives from November 15,
2005, to December 30, 2005.
