   On page 3 line 28, after "paraeducators"insert "; and

   (f)Evaluate the reading, writing and math content rigor of the Washington assessment of student learning compared to six or more other states' high school graduation exams and the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study.

EFFECT: Requires the evaluation of the WASL's rigor compared to six or more other states as was conducted by Achieve. Also requires evaluation of the WASL compared to the TIMMS grade scale.
