   On page 3, line 1, after "written" strike "forest management plan acceptable to the department" and insert "timber management plan that satisfies the provisions of RCW 84.33.130(4)"

   On page 3, line 3, after "land is" strike "enrolled as forest land of long-term commercial significance under the provisions of chapter 84.33 RCW" and insert "designated as forest land under chapter 84.33 RCW or classified as timber land under chapter 84.34 RCW"

EFFECT: Specifies the standards that a forest management plan must meet, and the tax designations that must be satisfied, in order for a property to continue to be permitted for forest practices by the Department of Natural Resources.
