   On page 4, line 19 of the amendment, after "that" strike "are commensurate with" and insert "will mitigate"

EFFECT: Specifies that local health officers shall identify minimum requirements for operation and maintenance of on-site sewage disposal systems that will mitigate risks to marine recovery areas.
