   On page 2, line 4, after "with", strike "fewer than fifteen school districts and".

   On page 2, line 8, strike subsection (c)

   Renumber the subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes provision allowing consent for the tax by a majority of districts representing at least 50 percent of students in counties with more than 14 districts and requires these counties to have consent for the tax from a majority of school districts representing at least 75 percent of students.
