   On page 2, line 4, after "than", strike "fifteen", and insert "sixteen".

   On page 2, line 8, after "than," strike "fourteen", and insert "fifteen".

EFFECT: Counties with more than seven and less than sixteen school districts must have consent for the tax from school districts with at least seventy-five percent of the students rather than counties with more than seven and less than fifteen school districts.
