   On page 3, line 6, after "exemption" insert "; or"

   On page 3, after line 6, insert:

   "(h) Any comestible product to which polybrominated diphenyl ethers are not intentionally added"

EFFECT: Specifies that a manufacturer includes any person that produces or distributes a non-edible product containing PBDEs, and exempts edible products to which PBDEs are not intentionally added from the PBDE ban. Clarifies that used transportation vehicle parts are exempt from the PBDE ban.
