   On page 2, line 28, after "regulations," insert "and the landlord has failed to remedy the violations after being requested in a reasonable and timely manner by the governmental agency,"

EFFECT: Clarifies that the landlord shall pay relocation assistance in those instances in which the landlord has failed to remedy violations after a reasonable time and manner of notification of the violations by the local governmental agency.
