   On page 1, line 15, after "Washington" strike all material through "Tribe" on page 2, line 32 and insert the following:

EFFECT: Replaces a list of 33 American Indian tribes with a reference to any federally recognized Indian tribe whose traditional tribal boundaries included portions of Washington or whose tribe was granted reserved lands in Washington.
