   On page 5, line 3 of the amendment, after "tenant." strike "The landlord shall maintain a list indicating by tenant initials which tenants have received such a notice. A notice shall also be prominently posted for easy visibility" and insert "The landlord shall post an easily visible notice"

EFFECT: Removes the requirement of landlords to collect tenant initials indicating that they have received notice of the ombudsman program. Clarifies that the landlord shall be the party responsible for posting notice of the ombudsman program in easily visible common areas.
