   On page 5, line 15, after "when" strike "used in accordance with section 3 of this act" and insert "the water is intended to be put to beneficial use on the property where the rainwater is collected"

   On page 5, beginning on line 17, strike all of sections 3 and 4

   Correct the title

EFFECT: Exempts rain barrels, cisterns, and other similar facilities from permitting requirements as long as the water is intended to be put to beneficial use on the property where it is collected.
