   On page 2, after line 11, add the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. Section 2 of this act applies to any case in which a notice of arbitrability is filed on or after the effective date of this act."

Correct the title.

EFFECT: Expressly makes the act prospective only. Makes the change in the dollar amount of cases subject to mandatory arbitration apply to cases sent to arbitration on or after the effective date of the act.
