On page 4, line 9, after "misrepresentation." insert "When informing a buyer or lessee under (a) of this subsection regarding the acceptance or rejection of the contract, lease, or financing, an electronic mail message shall not constitute the only form of communication from the dealer to the buyer or lessee."
