   On page 2, line 22, after "principles." insert "The actuaries reviewing the reserves may independently calculate an estimate of the loss and loss adjustment expense reserves in order to issue their opinion. The result of this independent calculation must be included in the report made by the state auditor under subsection (3) of this section."

EFFECT: Specifies that the actuaries reviewing the reserves may make an independent calculation of the loss and loss adjustment expense reserves and that the result of the calculation must be included in the State Auditor's annual report.
