   On page 2, line 4 of the amendment, after "jobs" insert "with benefits"

   On page 4, line 18 of the amendment, after "president" insert ", majority leader,"

EFFECT: Clarifies that full-time, family wage jobs must include benefits when considering the relative benefits of a project to a community. Adds the Senate Majority Leader to the members of the Legislature who will receive notification from the Governor when he or she obligates or expends funds from the Job Development 30 percent reserve.
