Beginning on page 13, line 1, strike all of section 4
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Clarifies that the Health Care Authority must require applicants for Basic Health Plan nonsubsidized coverage to complete the standard health questionnaire, and makes a technical correction related to who is accepted for Basic Health Plan nonsubsidized coverage. Removes section 4, which is an unnecessary section.
