On page 5, line 21, after "48.47.030." insert "Any benefit plan offered by the health care authority under this section must comply with the requirements of Title 48 RCW."
EFFECT: Requires all small business assist plans offered by the health care authority to comply with all statutory requirements of Title 48 RCW.
