   On page 12, beginning on line 10, strike all of section 7

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Deletes the provision establishing the legislative study committee on outdoor recreation that is charged, in part, with examining infrastructure funding issues pertaining to recreational facilities. Deletes corresponding intent language.
