   On page 1, line 14, after "legislature" strike "does not intend" and insert "intends"

   On page 1, at the beginning of line 15, strike "affirm, nullify, or otherwise affect" and insert "nullify"

   On page 1, line 16, after "boards" strike "or" and insert "and"

EFFECT: Modifies intent language to specify that the legislature intends for the provisions of the act to nullify decisions by growth management hearings boards and courts pertaining to required minimum densities in urban growth areas.
