   On page 11, line 22, after "Information" strike "revealing the location of the pipeline" and insert "created or obtained pursuant to RCW 81.88.080 that reveals the location of the line pipe"

   On page 11, at the beginning of line 24, insert "point specific"

   On page 11, line 26, after "liquid" strike "pipeline" and insert "line pipe"

   On page 13, line 28, after "Information" strike "revealing the location of the pipeline" and insert "created or obtained pursuant to RCW 81.88.080 that reveals the location of the line pipe"

   On page 13, at the beginning of line 30, insert "point specific"

   On page 13, line 32, after "liquid" strike "pipeline" and insert "line pipe" 

EFFECT: Replaces the term "pipeline" with the term "line pipe" to clarify that the information provisions of the bill apply only to a portion of a pipeline, not the entire pipeline. Clarifies that the exemption from public disclosure only applies to information revealing the point specific location of a pipeline. Narrows the exemption to apply to only pipeline information created or obtained by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission pursuant to RCW 81.88.080.
