   On page 2, line 25, strike "$2,750,000" and insert "$2,000,000"

   On page 2, after line 26, insert the following:

   "Mobile oilseed crusher to be located west of the Cascade mountains $2,250,000"

EFFECT: The recommended funding level for three projects is reduced from $2,750,000 to $2,000,000. A mobile oilseed crusher to be located in western Washington is recommended for funding at $2,250,000.
