   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: Eliminates the intent language regarding an affordable housing crisis and increased revenue for the Real Estate Excise Tax, and eliminates the authorization to transfer $25 million from the general fund to the Washington Housing Trust Fund.
