   On page 2, after line 26, insert "Activities of retail, community, long-term care, or hospital pharmacies licensed under chapter 18.64 RCW that are not carried out as part of a contract entered into by that pharmacy with a covered entity to administer and manage payment for pharmacy benefits for covered individuals are not considered "pharmacy benefits management" under this chapter."

EFFECT: Excludes activities of certain pharmacies from the definition of "pharmacy benefits management".
