   On page 2, line 4, after "(2)" insert "(a)"

   On page 2, line 8, after "vacated." insert the following:

"(b) Subsection (a) of this subsection shall apply to only those counties with populations exceeding three hundred twenty five thousand persons and which border the state of Oregon."

EFFECT: Limits the application of the amendatory provision allowing the vacation of a county road abutting a body of water pursuant to a county plan meeting specified requirements to those counties that: (1) Border the state of Oregon; and (2)have a population exceeding three hundred twenty five thousand persons.
