   On page 19, after line 29, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 17. If subparagraph (H)(ii) of section 101(a)(15) of the federal immigration and naturalization act is repealed or amended on or after March 1, 2006, this act is null and void."

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: Adds a null and void clause that applies if the federal H-2A visa program is repealed or amended.
