   On page 8, line 19, after "resolution." insert "The state board of education shall submit the first proposed scores to the legislature by December 1, 2006."

EFFECT: Requires the State Board of Education to submit the first PSAT, SAT, and ACT scores that could be used as an alternative assessment in mathematics to the Legislature by December 1, 2006.
