   On page 5, line 5, after "cities" strike "in compliance" and insert "((in compliance)): (a) Complying"

   On page 5, beginning on line 6, after "section" strike "and those counties and cities" and insert "((and those counties and cities)); (b)"

   On page 5, line 9, after "areas" insert "; or (c) complying with the extension provisions of subsection (8) of this section"

   On page 6, at the beginning of line 33, strike "subsections (4) and (8) of this section" and insert "subsection (4) of this section ,or the extension provisions of subsection (8) of this section,"

EFFECT: Specifies that counties and cities complying with three-year extension provisions may receive financial assistance from the public works assistance and water quality accounts. Makes technical changes.
