On page 14, after line 11, strike all material through "(d)" on
line 15 and insert the following:
"((To classify as a branch office or classroom the facility must be
within a thirty-five mile radius of the established place of
business.))
(c)"
EFFECT: Removes the requirement that a branch office or classroom be within a thirty-five mile radius of the established place of business.
