On page 7, line 16, after "offenses, a" strike "class C felony" and insert "gross misdemeanor"
EFFECT: Reduces the penalty for the sale of raw milk by an unlicensed dairy to a misdemeanor for the first offense (instead of a gross misdemeanor) and a gross misdemeanor for the second and subsequent offenses (instead of a class C felony).
