   On page 11, beginning on line 28, strike all of section 9.

   On page 12, beginning on line 30, strike all of section 10.

Correct the title, renumber sections consecutively, and correct internal references.

EFFECT: Removes the state parks and recreation commission from the list of state agencies which are required to offer surplus land to non-profit organizations and housing authorities to use for affordable housing, and which are required to provide the DCTED with a surplus property inventory.
