   On page 4, line 10 after "work." strike all material through "section." on line 13 and insert: "All remaining collected funds shall be used for conservation district purposes."

EFFECT: Specifies that those funds collected under the special assessment that remain after the deduction of county administrative costs must be used for conservation district purposes. Removes requirement that those remaining funds be transferred to the conservation district for its use in accordance with this section.
