   On page 5 of the amendment, line 7, after "December 1," strike "2009" and insert "2013"

EFFECT: Terminates the preferential business and occupation tax rate June 30, 2014, instead of June 30, 2010. Requires the Department of Revenue to report on the impacts of the program by December 1, 2013 instead of December 1, 2009.
