   On page 6, line 17 of the amendment, after "facilities" strike all material through "trails" on line 20

   On page 7, line 32 of the amendment, after "include" strike all material through "facilities" on line 37 and insert "collaborative efforts to identify and designate planned improvements for pedestrian and bicycle facilities and corridors that address and encourage enhanced community access and promote healthy lifestyles"

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that the transportation element of comprehensive plans include an inventory of existing sidewalks, bicycle lanes, bicycle paths, and bicycle-pedestrian trails. Removes the requirement that the pedestrian and bicycle component of the transportation element include an inventory of existing pedestrian and bicycle facilities and planned improvements to them. Requires that the pedestrian and bicycle component of the transportation element include collaboration regarding planned improvements for pedestrian and bicycle facilities and corridors.
