   On page page 2, after line 5, insert the following:

    "(3) Fifty percent of moneys received from turkey tags in subsection (2)(a) and 2(b) of this section shall be deposited in the state wildlife fund and shall be appropriated solely for the purpose of implementing upland game bird management programs and shall not supplant existing funds provided for these purposes."

EFFECT: Directs 50 percent of moneys received from turkey tags to the Wildlife Fund and restricts their use to implementing upland game bird management programs.
