   On page 1, line 17 of the amendment, after "children" insert "as a primary mission or purpose of the entity"

EFFECT: Limits the for-profit businesses that are included in the mandatory reporting requirement to only those for-profit businesses that provide services to children as a primary mission or purpose of the entity.
