   On page 4, line 18, after "student;" delete "or"

   On page 4, line 21, after "sixteen" insert "; or (d) the person has, or knowingly causes another person under the age of eighteen to have, sexual intercourse with another person who is at least sixteen years old but less than eighteen years old and not married to the perpetrator, if the perpetrator is at least sixty months older than the victim, is personally known by the victim and a parent or guardian of the victim, and takes advantage of the personal relationship or familiarity with the victim or a parent or guardian of the victim in order to engage in or cause another person under the age of eighteen to engage in sexual intercourse with the victim"

   On page 5, line 10, after "sixteen" insert "; or (d) the person has, or knowingly causes another person under the age of eighteen to have, sexual contact with another person who is at least sixteen years old but less than eighteen years old and not married to the perpetrator, if the perpetrator is at least sixty months older than the victim, is personally known by the victim and a parent or guardian of the victim, and takes advantage of the personal relationship or familiarity with the victim or a parent or guardian of the victim in order to engage in or cause another person under the age of eighteen to engage in sexual contact with the victim"

EFFECT: Adds an additional method of committing the crimes of sexual misconduct with a minor in the first and second degree, which requires that the perpetrator know both the victim and his or her parent or guardian, establish a relationship with the victim, and take advantage of the relationship or familiarity with the victim in order to engage in the prohibited conduct.
