owned electrical appliance repair services to conduct the repairs;
(2)"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively.
EFFECT: Provides that when a public utility district operates an electrical appliance repair service under this act, the public utility district must contract with privately owned electrical appliance repair services to conduct the repairs.
