   On page 2, line 25, after "knowledge;" strike "and"

   On page 2, line 30, after "hurricane" insert "; and

   (iii) A landlord shall not be required to pay relocation assistance to any displaced tenant in a case in which a condemnation affects one or more dwelling units and the tenant's displacement is a direct result of the acquisition of the property by eminent domain"

EFFECT: Exempts landlords from fulfilling the relocation reimbursement payment requirements in cases in which a dwelling unit is condemned as a direct result of the acquisition of a property by eminent domain.
