   On page 2, after line 19, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. If Engrossed Second Substitute House Bill No. 2163 is not enacted by June 30, 2005, this act is null and void."

EFFECT: Nullifies the act if E2SHB 2163 is not passed into legislation by June 30, 2005.
