   On page 2, line 1, after "tables" strike "licensed" and insert "that, as of the effective date of this section, are approved, or had been applied for and have not subsequently been denied, by the commission under such license"

EFFECT: Extends, until the bill's effective date, the date by which existing house-banked card game licensees must have submitted an application for additional gambling tables in order to avoid the bill's prohibition on approving such expansions.
