On page 2, after line 16, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3 The department of labor and industries may adopt rules to implement this act."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively.

Correct the title.

EFFECT: Authorizes the Department of Labor and Industries to adopt rules implementing reimbursements of and noncharging of benefits paid to nongovernment workers injured while assisting in the life and rescue phase of emergencies.
