   On page 179, line 30, strike everything beginning with "State" through "$14,200,000" on line 32.

   On page 214, beginning on line 31, strike all of section 937

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Deletes the transfer from the State Toxics Control Account (STCA) to the general fund-state.

FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact on appropriated levels. Increases the fund balance of the STCA by $14,200,000 and decreases the state general fund balance by $14,200,000.
