On page 49, beginning on line 8, strike all of section 606 and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 606 Tolls must be imposed upon the Alaskan
Way Viaduct, the SR 520 bridge, and I-405. The financial plans and
appropriation amounts assumed in the project list supporting this act
must be adjusted to assume the collection of these tolls in amounts
sufficient to maximize revenues from toll payers using these
facilities."
EFFECT: Requires that tolls will be imposed on the Alaskan Way Viaduct, the SR 520 bridge, and I-405. Financial plans and appropriation amounts for these projects must be adjusted to reflect toll revenues.
