   On page 2, line 2, after "of a" strike "security officer" and insert "private security guard"

   On page 2, beginning on line 3, strike all of section 2

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: The amendment (1) makes a technical change to clarify that the exemption applies to those guest services or crowd management employees who do not perform the duties of a "private security guard" (instead of a "security officer"); and (2) deletes the emergency clause.
