   On page 6, line 12, after "special," insert "or within ten days of the voter being added to the voter registration database, whichever is later,"

   On page 6, line 20, after "made" insert "immediately"

EFFECT: For challenges to voter registrations in which a voter registered to vote less than sixty days before the election, or who changed residence less than sixty days before the election without transferring his or her registration, permits challengers to file a challenge either ten days before any primary or election or within ten days of the voter being added to the voter registration database, whichever is later. For challenges filed within forty-five days before an election, requires that notations of such challenges in the poll book or voter registration system be made immediately.
