EFFECT: A specific list of wastewater and clean water improvement projects for state parks on the Hood Canal is added. The appropriation level for Hood Canal wastewater and improvement projects is increased by $20,000. $7,375,000 in state bond funds is appropriated for wastewater and clean water improvement projects for state parks on the Puget Sound.
